School is a big decision and requires help and advice. But if you are going to school just to please someone else, you may not succeed unless you are determined and motivated. In which case that is a good thing that person or persons inspired you to take a step towards your future. But if you are going for someone else and are not prepared, you could badly effect your gpa and future plans of going to school. Now if you are going cause you want to, your chances of finishing are greater. Because you are interested and motivated about the task.
College can determine your future career and plans. Going on your own time and being prepared shows readiness on ones behalf. People should wait to go to college until they get things out of their system and are ready to take it seriously. Another reason to wait on going would be due to personal issues. Such as physical, mental, or emotional issues, money problems, etc.
